Products are not syncing to my Shopify store, what do I do?

Firstly check your integration settings, is your Dropstore Ecommerce Type setting correct?

On Dropstore select "Settings" in the top tabs then click "Shopify Integration"

If "Shopify Integration" is not available, then that means you have not selected an Ecommerce Type when you were registering for a Dropstore Account. You will first have to choose an eCommerce type so our system is able to integrate and sync correctly with your store type.

To change Ecommerce Type:
 Accounts (top right corner figurine)  > Change Ecommerce Type > Proceed with Change

Next check if your Shop Url has been added under Shopify Integration  ( Settings > Shopify Integration > add (yourstore.myshopify.com) select install. )

If your Shop URL disappears when you return to the Shopify Integration page (after selecting Install/ Re-install) kindly reach out to support.

After selecting Re-install, it may take up to 2 hours for products to start showing in your store depending on the number of products being pushed.

Shopify Sync Delay: Sometimes there may be an abnormal increase in products syncing to Shopify stores at a given time which does cause a bit of a sync delay. Your items should sync to your store within 24-48 hours. Please do not re-install or re-sync multiple times during this time as it will restart the sync and cause further delays or may result in duplicates being created in your store.
