I need help from Dropstore. What do I do?

The Dropstore support team is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm by email and chat.

  2. For technical issues or questions that you cannot solve, please send an email to Customer Support at support@dropstore.co.za or connect with us via live chat
  3. For strategic questions related to how to promote your store, how to generate more sales and other tips and tricks, please enroll in the Dropstore Facebook Group.

The quickest way to get assistance is to email Customer Support and a member of our team will respond within the same day.  We respond to all messages in the order they are received. If you are on our Premium or Enterprise Plan, you will receive priority response.

Does Dropstore offer phone support?

While Dropstore does not provide immediate phone support, we would be more than happy to help out and answer your questions via live chat or email at support@dropstore.co.za

We believe we provide better support through email because we’re able to take time to diagnose the problem and check in with our tech team – all without putting you on hold. We’re also a small team, so this helps us prevent customers from being put on hold to talk to us while we are assisting other customers.

What if I just want to talk to someone?

Sometimes there are issues explained better over the phone. If a phone call is required, we will schedule a time with you.  Please note that there may be delays in scheduling calls due to the large volume of requests.
