Can I cancel at any time?

While we'd be very sad to see you go, we will gladly cancel your account at your request.

If you ever decide that Dropstore isn’t the right solution for your business, simply log into your account and cancel your subscription in your "account" section while logged in.

We'd appreciate it if you would let us know why you wish to cancel your account, but we do not require it.

If you've experienced a problem which is why you want to cancel your account, please afford us the opportunity to try and fix the problem first! We'd love to keep you as a happy client. To do this, please just send an email to support@dropstore.co.za

What happens when I cancel:

Your products would not sync from Dropstore to your store. Also, you would not be able to pay for orders from your store pulled into Dropstore.

I want to come back:

If you paused your account, you can go back to your Account page and Unpause it to restart the service.

If you cancelled and wish to return, you can do that at any time by logging in and resubscribing.
