Orders are not syncing to my store, what do I do?

Dropstore only pulls Shopify orders that are marked as PAID from your store. Orders from your Woocommerce store needs to be paid and on Processing status to show in your Dropstore dashboard.

Ensure that orders processed via EFT, Bank Transfer or COD are marked as paid, for the order to come into Dropstore.

Firstly, check if the item/s are still available on Dropstore

Check if the item/s are listed under My products

Check your integration settings, is your Dropstore Ecommerce Type setting correct?

On Dropstore select "Settings" in the top tabs then click "Woocommerce/Shopify Integration"

If "Woocommerce /Shopify Integration" is not available, then that means you have not selected an Ecommerce Type when you were registering for a Dropstore Account. You will first have to choose an eCommerce type so our system is able to integrate and sync correctly with your store type.

To change Ecommerce Type:
 Accounts (top right corner figurine)  > Change Ecommerce Type > Proceed with Change

For Woocommerce Stores:
Next, check if you have the latest Dropstore plugin > How Do I Install Dropstore Woocommerce Plugin

In your store, click settings (Under the Dropstore Merchant plugin) look out for any errors under System Requirement Check

Lastly, Run the Setup Wizard and ensure that your access token is correct and there are no error messages along the process.

Once you have run the Setup Wizard, successfully, create a test order on the back end of your Woocommerce store and mark it as "processing"

For Shopify Stores:

Check if your Shop Url has been added under Shopify Integration >>>  Settings > Shopify Integration > add (yourstore.myshopify.com) select install.

If your Shop URL disappears when you return to the Shopify Integration page (after selecting Install/ Re-install) kindly reach out to support.

Once you have reinstalled the app, create a test order on the back end of your Shopify store and mark it as paid.
